|
|
Falun Gong is an evil cult hiding under the guise of 'Spiritual Practice.'Its founder Li Hongzhi claims to have mystic power. Indeed how he managed to raise hundreds of millions of dollars through illegal public solicitation on the gullible populace is really mystical and mysterious.
Practically every day, for some years the followers of the cult have been going round various parts of Singapore especially in heavy human traffic areas around Raffles Place, the tunnels leading to Orchard MRT Station, in China Town MRT, Outram MRT, Ang Mo Kio Mrt and Yisun MRT outlets, disseminating the cult's literature and insidiously denouncing China and the heads and leaders of the Chinese government in the most virulent language. And with the help of huge placards and posters the followers let out a series of endless invectives and vitriol remarks against the Chinese government and its leaders . It is very clear , the intention of their vituperative remarks is to put China and its leaders in a very bad light before the world. It is tantamount to defamation of China and its leaders.
The question is since Singapore has very good relation and friendship with China , Why is the 'Falun Gong ' cult allowed to operate freely and openly in Singapore with impunity. It seemed the police had been informed several times of the cult's operation in various parts of Singapore. Unless strong action is taken against the 'cult' and its nefarious activities stopped, it may not bode well for Singapore's interest.
Around January 2000, Li Hung Zhi's lieutenants gathered hundreds of Falun Gong's followers in Tiananmen , while Li Hung Zhi himself himself faded into the distant bacjground. Li Hung Zhi's strategy in Falun Gong's challenge to China is to lure the government to take action without regards to the safety of his followers. He said as someone quoted him as saying, "Shall we swat flies or mosquitoes when they come inside? If you cannot drive them out , then killing them is no big deal." His aim was to sacrifice his blind followers in his evil cult in order to achieve power through choas when he was quoted to have said in the Central Government's reaction to his movement -- "There could be another Tiannmen Incident, a second massacre."
He talked of demons and third dimensions that legitimize his cult or gave him the power to fly and control people from a distance. He equated himself to Hung Xiuquan a crazy revolutionary leader of the Taiping Rebellion in ( 1850s to 1860s ) who claimed to be a messiah and a son of Jesus and to have mystic power.
Li Hung Zhi lived in Japan at the time of the Japanese cult leader Aum Shinrikyo. He was a cult leader with false claim of messianic aspirations, while putting his blind followers in danger of getting hurt and enjoying a life of luxrious exile in USA.
He is a billionaire who obtained his money from the gullible public and followers through fraud, deceit and threat of his mystic powers. He was a wanted man in China. However, he managed to escape to America.
How did he get a permanent visa to USA if it wa not due to the help of CIA which aimed to use Falun Gong as an instition to destabilize China.
Li Hung Zhi used a psychological way of maintaining his mysterious whereabout by not revealing where he was at all times thus seemingly to confirm his third dimension messianic power. Eventually many of his followers saw the light of his evil ways when they were harassed by his lackeys .
In the Chinese Embassy in Washington, it is said that one may get the experience of listening to a poem astutely ascribing to Li Hong Zhi.
"I think my Falun Gong is fine
It can help to collect money to dine,
And drink a lot of good wine,
I have lots of followers here and there,
And now I am a billionaire,
What about anything else do I need to care?"
Li Hung Zhi's Falun Gong is an evil and ruthless political movement in religious gown which aims to topple the government of China by exploiting human gullibility . His cult is banned in China. China considers any country which allows Li Hung Zhi's Falun Gong cult to operate in any form or any guise as unfriendly and detrimental to their mutual relations.

| I would like to see a list of the evil beliefs in the cult Falun Gong because I have not been able to find a convenient listing anywhere. Some people who are demonising China list this as religious persecution. |

| It is incredible how people are so gullible in being sucked in by a selfish, dangerous personal cult. All cults should be exposed and destroyed. The PRC is right in their actions against the Falun Gong. |

Hi stock investment,
Welcome to the forum. Human beans are such that anything novel will attract some interests. And there are many that would not want to think and so a little research on the subject. It is easier and less taxing just to believe. |

Cults and false prophets exist because of "man's gullibility." What is gullibility?
"Why are we so gullible? One reason is modern man’s loss of religious faith. That loss creates a vacuum ready to suck in some new form of belief. The eminent British broadcaster Malcolm Muggeridge (1903 ~ 1990) had this to say on the subject, "One of the peculiar sins of the twentieth century which we've developed to a very high level is the sin of credulity. It has been said that when human beings stop believing in God they believe in nothing. The truth is much worse: they believe in anything."
Why are we so gullible? Another reason is we can’t face the truth. We’re too weak to accept the fact that not all of life’s questions have answers. We want stability, security, and answers. And we would rather find what we hope for or already believe than the truth. We’re willing to sacrifice the truth whenever it makes us feel uncomfortable. But, as Plato taught, "We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."
If we seek the light of truth, we need to strike a balance between scepticism and open-mindedness. Broadmindedness is called for because every new truth is first ridiculed, then opposed, and finally accepted as self-evident. So, we need time to weigh the evidence. Isn’t it true that we can’t make progress unless we arrive at new conclusions? Yet, scepticism is equally important. Each false belief we cling to diverts us from the truth and wastes precious time.
To discover the truth we need to wear the cloak of humility, for we cannot advance until we realize there is much we do not know. Indeed, there is much we cannot know. However, if we accept that there is truth in opposing views and that the truth is shared by all, we can learn a great deal more. Charles Caleb Colton (1780 ~ 1832) offered this sage advice, "The greatest friend of truth is Time, her greatest enemy is Prejudice, and her constant companion is Humility." The search for truth is never-ending because our understanding of it is ever evolving. That’s why Andre Gide (1869 ~ 1951) advised, "Believe those who are seeking truth, doubt those who find it."
When we discover the truth, we must not brandish it about proudly and act superior, for as Albert Einstein (1879 ~ 1955) wrote, "Desire for approval and recognition is a healthy motive, but the desire to be acknowledged as better, stronger or more intelligent than a fellow being or fellow scholar easily leads to an excessively egoistic psychological adjustment, which may become injurious for the individual and for the community." |

My greatest disappointment in my search for the truth is to read the bible. After that everything just doesn't hold anymore. My search is still on. _________________ what i posted is just my personal view. feel free to disagree. |

| The old Testament records the history of the Hebrew people. The New testament records the history of Jesus and his disciples. What is there to be disappointed about? It is ancient history! |
